The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC) was held on 26th September 2022 at New Delhi. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company, for the year ended 31st March 2022, were adopted by the Members of the Company during the AGM.
