A major milestone in ongoing pre-construction activities of Delhi- Ghaziabad – Meerut corridor of Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) was reached with the beginning of Geo-Technical Investigations. Preconstruction activities have been going on at full pace for the corridor. Results of these geo technical investigations will be used in detailed structural design. The detailed design consultant has already started working on various aspects of design including elevated viaduct design and preparation of design basis report (DBR).
